There IS a shuttle bus (if you can find it) and, although the terminals are very close, there is no way of walking. A taxi, if you are not wise and/or do not speak Indonesian, will charge you $20 for a $3 trip! After you arrive in Surabaya, you will have to get from there to Probolinggo (where most of our girls are loacated) You can elect to travel by taxi (three hours), train (one and a half hours) or coach three to five hours depending on the state of the roads which are subject to mudslides). A Taxi will cost about $30, the train about $4 (after you get to the train station and if there is service that day) and the coach about $3 (ater you get to the bus station).
